Paul Wright and Tim Harrington have gone from playing on the streets of Boston to performing in venues across the globe. Together they're known as Tall Heights and they have built a career from the ground up. For the two best friends, it's been a journey of consistent evolution – everything from instrumentation to production to the size of their band has changed throughout the years, hand-in-hand with an ever-growing audience of listeners.
Their latest single Hear It Again features roadtrip inspired soundscapes culminating into soaring melodies. The track is a joyous anthem of hope and the duo says "Hear It Again is a reverberating cry from the days of quarantine, a cry that has joyfully been answered". They say the writing process started on a pre-pandemic tour with Ben Folds, and was finished and recorded in pandemic isolation. The song is impregnated with the tension between two lost sanctuaries; home at home and home on the road.
The band kicks off their 2021 Backyard Tour on August 6 in Nashville and wraps up in Seattle on September 22. Click here for more info and tickets!
